Shipping Policy for NWI Cards

At NWI Cards, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all your purchases. Please read the details of our shipping policy below:

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer Economy (5-8 business days) and Express (1-2 business days) options.
  • Shipping rates are a flat $10 for Economy  and $12 for Express

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping options are not available at this time.
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses is supported via standard shipping methods.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Delays

  • Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any unexpected delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@nwicards.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging for review.
  • If your package is lost during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Contact us as soon as possible if you suspect your package has been lost.
