For most normal-sized collections, you can bring your cards into the store for appraisal. larger collections will require more time and may require an appointment. If you are unsure if your collection requires an appointment please contact by email or phone to discuss your collection with our staff. 

2. We Appraise Your Collection

Our team reviews the cards and determines their condition.

We then use TCGplayer pricing to establish the value of the collection.

Card condition is important because the value of a card can change significantly depending on whether it is Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, or Damaged.

3. Choose Cash or Store Credit

Once the appraisal is complete, we'll provide you with an offer.

You can choose:

70% of the appraised value in cash

or

80% of the appraised value in NWI Cards store credit.

Choose whichever option works best for you.

Selling a Collection Worth More Than $1,000?

If you believe your collection may be worth more than $1,000, please call NWI Cards before bringing it into the store.

Large collections can take considerably longer to evaluate properly.

Calling ahead allows us to schedule an appointment and make sure someone is available to give your collection the attention it deserves.

The most helpful thing you can bring is a list of the cards in your collection along with their conditions.

Having your cards organized ahead of time can also significantly reduce the amount of time required for an appraisal.

For larger collections, organizing valuable cards separately from bulk cards is especially helpful.

You do not need to price every card yourself. We will still perform our own appraisal using TCGplayer.

Do I Need an Appointment?

For most small and medium-sized collections, an appointment is not required.

If your collection is expected to be worth $1,000 or more, please call ahead and request an appointment.

This helps us ensure that we have enough time and staff available to properly evaluate your collection.
